Claranet Portugal

As part of its ongoing European expansion, the Claranet Group, acquired both Via Networks Portugal and Esoterica SA in 2005. Established in 1995, Esoterica SA was Portugal's first private ISP. It also offered both the first unlimited dial-up Internet access and the first DSL to Portuguese consumers.

Today, Claranet Portugal offers a comprehensive portfolio of business solutions including domain name registration and hosting solutions, bespoke virtual private networks, managed and dedicated hosting services and Voice over IP (VoIP). Claranet Portugal is managed by António Miguel Ferreira.
