No authentication is required in Germany, please use "claranet"
as both the username and password.

Other Regions

If you are a UK customer travelling to an alternative destination, you will also be able to access your account via an international number. Your username and password will remain the same as when you login from the UK. The telephone numbers required are either +44 117 314 4600 or +44 207 2069445.
