The Claranet DDoS mitigation solution is based on Cisco Guard hardware. It is integrated within the Claranet Core Network and protects a single IP or blocks of IPs on the customer network, whether located in a datacentre or on a leased line connection.
The Guard device performs mitigation using patented artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to understand and clean the customer traffic. In this way it is the most effective device available at mitigating malicious traffic. It allows legitimate traffic to pass through as normal, meaning business is not disrupted.
