Support is available should any help be required. The service is split into four service modules, with Anti-Virus as the basic service and options to add Anti-Spam, Image Control and Content Control. Signature-based scanners, by their nature, do not filter all viruses. Our service uses multiple signature-based scanners as well as comprehensive heuristic techniques to provide increased protection against the threat of viruses.
