Report 1 : Business Insight

The Pulse of the Network. Quickly and clearly get a grab of the traffic, health and availability of your network. 

Traffic Levels like a human pulse rate, are key to understanding a network - both detailed, real-time status; and patterns over a longer period. ClaraCare Vision lets you relate Business activity to the load on the network - and spot anomalies.

Busy Lines can be perfectly healthy, and Quiet links can be very sick. For the full picture you need detailed health information. Colour-coded, powerful visuals let you spot problems before they stop the network.

Availability is not just a percentage. ClaraCare Vision uses stateful analysis to differentiate simple connectivity issues from real line outages, giving a more accurate picture of availability and helping to avoid finger-pointing.

 

Report 2 : Application Insight

Get the Big Picture. Extra bandwidth is not always the solution to running a better network. Application Insight illustrates how and why network performance can vary. It allows you to see what data is travelling through your business network - and what applications are using the bandwidth. Information is collected directly from the router, with no additional hardware required - minimising disruption and network overhead, and making AI fast and cheap to deploy, even over large networks.

Report 3 : Performance Insight

Clear view right to the end.Performance Insight extends Business Insight by monitoring End to End performance. Performance Insight checks network delay and application response and alerts when performance starts to deteriorate. ClaraCare Vision shows performance results alongside other key metrics - such as Traffic and Application Breakdown - so you can see the effect of heavy traffic, or find the application that's causing excessive delay.

Report 4 : Class Insight

The benefits of running Quality-of-Service (QoS) on a business network can be compelling - but QoS is not simple and not always necessary. QoS costs are sometimes only fully justified if you know the new QoS configuration is working.

ClaraCare Vision's Class Insight feature looks into your QoS network and shows you graphically and vividly how the different classes are performing. Each Class Insight graphic is designed to make patterns and problems stand out and ClaraCare Vision puts classes graphically below the bearer they run on, making it incredibly easy to see how individual classes make up overall traffic.
