Claranet Finalists at Retail Systems Awards

Claranet are proud to announce that is has been  shortlisted in the category of Technology Vendor of the Year at the Retail System Awards 2009.

The submission was completed in conjunction with Connect Distribution Services and focused around the benefits of Claranet Managed Application Hosting.

The UK's largest distributor of brown and white goods, Connect  Distribution,  selected Claranet, to provide a managed application hosting service to support its growing online aftercare, spares and repair service and enhance its key web channel. With over 1.4 million product lines and over 16,000 active customers, Connect Distribution needed to upgrade its existing platform to support its growing online, retail and consumer business and meet with stringent market regulations.

The Retail Systems Award's winners will be announced at a ceremony on 29 October at Grosvenor House in London.
