with all broadband services, the actual speed will depend on the distance from the telephone exchange and line quality. During the first ten days of your connection, rate-adaptive technology calculates the maximum speed at which your line is stable. This will become your maximum download speed. Download speeds
can range from 8Mb to 288kb.
